ABOUT SIMVALLEY
SIMVALLEY is started in late 2009, aiming to a virtual environment from Nederland to offer for all Dutch speaking people. The founders of SV have ever experience in Second Live. They found this beautiful environment with many opportunities and wanted to do something similar but only for Dutch speaking people. Since the start a team of people has developed many different type of Islands in SIMVALLEY. All based on different themes. The most of our visitors liked our setup and some of them stayed and others went because they like to play in an international environment. This and the changes that are going on in virtual worlds today leaded to the decision of the owners to go international on 1 January 2013.

SIMVALLEY PHILOSOPHY
We believe that creativity is an important quality that most people that are taking a part of virtual words have. With some of them it is clearly they have it but with others it is there but still have to come out in the open. We would like to encourage people and challenge them to develop their creativity further. Virtual worlds are the ideal place to explore your capabilities, your creativity without doing any harm. What most people need are guides and a friend who help them when they got stocked. That is why we setup teams that work together on themes that can be used by others. A place and an opportunity to learn from others, to develop your capabilities and to have fun. A place with friends where you can feel at home and is the ideal place to learn and build and be creative with others.  

We find that basic services in SIMVALLEY must be FREE available. Just like the use of Facebook, Hyves, LinkedIn and other public services. The cost of the basic services should be covered by the advertisement on the SIMVALLEY and not on users. In this way everyone can make free use of the basic services and enjoy being in SIMVALLEY.

The founders also like the idea to create a community where residents can share knowledge, building methods, tools and other things that are freely available. The founders believe that this acts as an incentive for the creativity of people and by giving things that you have created yourself, you will get a lot in return. So in the future this will result in a much better evolution. By helping each other, through sharing each other's knowledge, learn to collaborate so everyone will be much more able to enjoy everything that is available in SIMVALLEY.

Every new resident of SIMVALLEY get a FREE lot of 32m to 32m, also 1024 sqm (square meters). For almost all residents this is more than enough for a house, shop or something else to build. A piece of land that belongs only to you where you can build, meet friends and all kinds of things you can do as long as they are not inconsistent with the rules of SIMVALLEY.

The founders find it important that SIMVALLEY is user friendly. This means that sex, harassment, abuse and deceit, lying and cheating and all sorts of other nasty things forbidden in SIMVALLEY. This is also the reason that when logging into your real information is required. These are obviously SIMVALLEY not disclosed, but all serve to make sure that the likelihood of nasty things to do as little as possible. We want an environment where everyone has fun, people cooperate and enjoy everything in SIMVALLEY offers. For this is what we have drawn up rules that you have agreed when you filled out your account application. If you do not persists then you better do another game.

FOR COMPANIES AND FOR INDIVIDUALS
We are regularly approached by companies that want to gain experience in the virtual environment of SIMVALLEY. Many small businesses, shops and even individuals who want more land than the 1024 sqm standard that everyone gets. Companies want their organization awareness among the inhabitants of SIMVALLEY, the virtual world link to their website and gain experience in promoting their products through virtual worlds. Of course this is also possible but is not within the basic services. If you want to have a 1/4, 1/2 or a whole island to build on then a compensation payment is required. HOSTING A SERVER IN SIMVALLEY
For people who rent more the 4 sims it is cheaper to host your own server. Depending on the building structures, scripts and number of visitors it sometimes is possible to create a fifth sim on the same server. We will test this in collaborations with the customer and make the dicision if this is possible. 

HOSTING FOR AN OTHER GRID
We also offer opportunities through their own Region Server 4 islands to link to another grid. Think of a nationwide grid for the topic education. In such a grid, the grid server managed centrally and it is possible own regions this to connect. The costs can be found on our website.

HOSTING YOUR OWN GRID We offer the possibility to setup your own private GRID. A environment like SIMVALLEY but only available by people you give accounts to. This configuration could be interesting for companies, schools, and comunnities that want there own comapny virtual world.

A PRIVATE CLOSED GRID
There are companies that want a fully equipped server in a private environment. A private grid for the organization where access is determined by the organization itself. A virtual environment can be gathered, which own projects can be shaped, application in education through virtual curriculum, an environment in which innovative products can be simulated and customers can be shown (a new residential area, houses where you can by walk, a car that you can view from all sides, the operation of components can be tested and the composition of the product by the customer can be determined. Think in interiors), an environment for an organization which designs can be tested and can be learned from experiences and comments from customers. There is much in this field possible.
